I appreciate the detailed explanations of work needed, as well as the ease of communicating and approving or not approving the work before it commences. Repairs are always done in a timely manner, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I always have a great experience at European motor cars, the service writers are friendly, and help me to understand what my car needs to keep running! The techs are also awesome and seem to really know their stuff. I have been bringing my car here for a few years now, and they always find a way to get me in the schedule and explain all the costs upfront. Definitely recommend these guys!

I hate to leave bad reviews, but wow we had a negative experience here. We have a 2016 Mini Countryman that we brought in with an "Engine Malfunction" warning. They had us replace: 1. The solenoids 2. The timing chain (despite only having ~35k miles on it) 3. The tubocharger and several other repairs for a total cost of >10k. The turbocharger, when I asked to inspect it, had no visible damage, but they insisted that it was somehow broken. Finally, my wife was unable to get up to highway speeds due to the vehicle going into limp mode and nearly got into several bad accidents (they also broke the tire pressure monitoring). I called them up to ask what the hell was going on as we could've replaced the engine, and the head mechanic said they'd file a report with Mini--that was in December 2022. It's now March and we've heard nothing back from them. It's hard to know if they were just bilking us for repairs or if the repairs were legitimately needed. In any case, handing them $10k in repairs did nothing to fix our problems, and they made specific commitments to help and never got back to us. I would avoid this place in the future--I don't feel like they're very trustworthy.

Hello Josiah, We are very sorry about your experience. We have done everything we said we were going to do during our 2 year relationship. We did call Mini Cooper, they were unwilling to help us. Replacing the engine will not fix your issues with the turbocharger, timing or drive-belt rollers. We feel bad that your car has cost you a lot of money, we feel like your frustration is really with Mini Cooper of America. We are sad that we are taking the 1 star rating instead of them.

These guys crooks..took my Land Rover for a week and did nothing .said they ordered parts ..when I fact checked then ..the owner john had someone else do his dirty work and xakk me to say they decided not to fix my landie This is how they reward a veteran. .I'm a marine and abs seen things but to be treated like an enemy ..ok now ur my enemy and marines don't give up

For the first time in 28 years of doing business European Motor Cars had to fire a customer and refuse to do work on a vehicle. This person brought us his vehicle, demanded that we use a particular parts supplier and asked us to diagnose his vehicle. He was hoping to submit to insurance for reimbursement. After diagnosing his vehicle and giving him a full report, things started to get really strange: #1. Liam called the parts supplier acting as if he was one of our employees to see if we purchased the parts for his vehicle. Representing himself as an employee of European Motor Cars prompted a call from the supplier saying that something was off. #2.We received a copy of a letter that was generated by European Motor Cars to the insurance agency with pictures and statements from us stating things that contradict with what we provided Liam in his report. Liam again took on the role as a European Motor Cars Employee and tried to submit two reports that would help him get his vehicle covered by insurance. This person is trying to commit insurance fraud. Apparently he has done this with at least one other repair facility that we know of - see the review at LAND ROVER FLATIRONS in Broomfield CO. You will see that because we refused to work on his vehicle he left several negative reviews for our company over many social online fronts. We see that his behavior is similar to what happens when you tell a toddler NO when they want a toy. Our review. Don’t accept this vehicle for even minor fixes. Customer is a scammer, attempted insurance fraud creator and is looking for a company that does not have ethics to help him with his scam. This person is not ethical and impersonated our company on many fronts, this is not the type of customer we wish to have.

We take two of our cars to European and have had nothing but excellent service experience there! The staff is friendly, professional and thorough. They send a detailed estimate and explanation of the recommended services for review and approval so there’s no surprise when we pick up our vehicle. We’ll keep going back to European to keep our cars in great shape.

Excellent competent service for both our 911 Carrera and Cayenne. Without these folks I would not bother to own these cars in Fort Collins. Sandy, the greeting dog, is a definite bonus!
