Hello Stephanie, based on your 3 star rating of our company, I went to our service writer to find out if there were any issues with your time with us. As it turns out, we do NOT have you in our customer base. I am now concerned with what would have prompted you to leave a three star review with no comment. If we did not meet your expectations, it would be helpful to us to be able to know what our shortfall was and how to improve. If this review has no basis or merit, then we are disappointed with you that you would purposefully go around and leave lower stars for no reason. This action is harmful to small businesses. Yes, people read reviews, and if you read the reviews we have been getting over the past couple of years, you will see that we are doing pretty awesome for our customers and they in turn are writing about their positive experiences with us. If we did not meet your expectations, we want to know know it. We can't improve if we don't know what we are doing wrong. We wish you the best in 2020.
