Worst customer service ever. The receptionist Maddison i believe, plays the gatekeeper for the owner who quotes outlandish amounts for service. My friends and I who have had similar experiences with the gatekeeper have had a good laugh at her attempts to actually know what she is talking about. The owner has basically said that he wants out and is charging more than a lawyer for his services! I got a quote for over $350 an hour. I would take your business elsewhere.

So sorry that you had an experience with one of our employees. The person you are referring to is no longer employed at EMC. We do have two exceptional Service Advisors and encourage you to reach out again and give us another chance. The owner has been in business for almost 28 years and is not going anywhere soon. You are always free to take your vehicle where you want and we understand that we are not a fit for everyone. We charge fair prices and do excellent work. We wish you the absolute best in your car repair journey.

We feel our '83 944 & '83 911 SC Targa are in great hands with the team at EMC. Clear communication, reasonable costs, and excellent craftsmanship. Of note, during our recent visit, it was a pleasure to work with Madison.

Excellent personable customer service. Fair pricing and no upselling. Communication is clear about their diagnostic work and what the repair cost with be in advance.

I have taken several of our VW's to European Motor Cars and it is the the first place I go to have our cars serviced (we currently have 3 VW's). I trust them implicitly and, when it comes to auto mechanics, trust is everything.

European motors is awesome!! They have done multiple repairs on my Volvo XC70. They are a respectful and do quality work which they stand behind! I will definitely refer and take my car there again! Thank you for your personal touch!
