I have been going to them ever since I've moved to Fort Collins and they exceed my expectations everytime

The service is incredible over at EMC. They were able to diagnose my car one day, and work with my work schedule so that the job would be accomplished incrementally. They did an excellent job with my 1998 E300TD, and the labor costs are more than reasonable. If you have any Mercedes, Audi, SAAB or VW I would say without a doubt take it to John's shop. I'll be having the rest of my car work done by these guys.

I love this place. I take my mini there and they are always courteous and reliable. I feel like the prices are very fair for service on a foreign car. I never feel like they are giving me a line because I'm female and maybe I don't understand what is going on. I've never left there with a bill that was higher than I was expecting, or a list of things done to my car that I didn't need or authorize. Never thought I'd find a mechanic I'd trust but I am really grateful to the crew here.

I bought a car from these guys. A 2005 Volvo XC90. Great car. I’ve already driven it to Yuma, AZ and back twice without a glitch of trouble. That’s testimony enough. But! The knowledge of the service department is exceptional. Jordan is very efficient in his scheduling to meet my periodic maintenance needs and Terry the service manager has an automotive knowledge base like I’ve never seen. While waiting in the showroom during an oil change, it’s impressive to hear him explain details and why they do things the way they do for the customers’ benefit. It’s obvious they are not about making a sale or taking advantage of anyone. They are about building your trust. You can just feel that when you converse with them. Their passion for accuracy is apparent and their reasoning is transparent. I would recommend this service department to anyone driving a European Car.

I met the owner and had a half hour talk with him ( where his passion for Audis was easy to see ) before I was even a customer. All the guys there are very friendly and more importantly willing to work with you within your budget to get to where you want your car to be. I bought somewhat of a lemon privately and it's needed extensive repairs. The guys have been really patient in working out a plan that works with me financially and got me road worthy ASAP. Honestly can't fault them or the work and I'm going in for my next round of repairs shortly! I've dealt with a stack of mechanics in my time and these guys are without a doubt some of the most professional and friendly dudes I've met. I feel pretty confident they'll take care of anyone looking to get their euro import sorted.

Without a doubt, these guys are the best in town- if not in Northern Colorado! They've worked on all my VW's Audi's and Mercedes. Not the cheapest place in town, but not as expensive as the dealer. Don't think I'd ever go to a place that advertised as being the "cheapest"- my cars (and yours) deserve to be serviced by great folks....such as European Motor Cars. John, Terry, Kevin & Bob will always get my business. We also have purchased 3 cars from these guys! Kevin is doing a great job managing the sales store. Always professional, polite and humorous! Great guy to buy from! Stop by and see these folks and you won't be disappointed.

I moved here with my dad from Chicago. I got a good deal on a Saab and after 18 months, the rod and piston just disintegrated. No one had seen this in a Saab before. Saab mechanics from all over the front range were coming by to view the event. Meanwhile, I was really screwed. So Bob sold me, at about 2k below Kelly, the Volvo he'd been driving for the past year. It's been fine. Since the Saab, they have seen several other Saabs with the problem and think it is the gasoline now. Oh well, I love European Motors, the Volvo is great, and I'm a happy customer who recommends them to everyone. Follow Up 4/14/16 I still love these guys. I had a chance to move from FC and decided not to because I did not want to have to try and find a Volvo mechanic I could trust. The work is excellent, fast, and let me know if something is wrong and whether it has to be dealt with immediately or can wait. Someday I will probably sell my 99 Volvo, but will be buying another Volvo from Bob and John!

I formerly used European Motor Cars for several years and used to trust them completely. I now don't plan on ever taking another car there. I took our Volvo XC60 to the shop for a transmission flush, this turned into a leak from the transmission and after 3 more visits they still couldn't fix the leak and I ended up taking our car to Carl Duke Volvo who fixed in just one visit. You might say that reacting this way to one problem is a bit pedantic. but I've also had a particularly hard time getting them to follow up on anything in the last few years. I've had to call 5 times to get the receptionist to do get one thing that she originally offered to do. All said and done, the owner is really great and they have some amazing mechanics but I just can't trust them anymore and will not go back, despite it being much more convenient than the alternatives. Note: I have revised my original review, you can see it below for posterity. ----- Euro Motor Cars has always treated me and my wife with excellent service and respect. I've had several large services and inspections done here and I'm super picky about the people who work on my car. Every interaction with the owners and their staff is friendly and courteous and I've recommended several of my friends to these guys. Thanks for the great service!
