I needed service on my VW Eurovan so I thought I would try European Motor Cars after reading other reviews. It was not a straight forward repair but John and the staff were very helpful and did a great job communicating with me on the repairs. When I liven in NOCO, this was my go to shop for maintenance. They were always professional and upfront with quotes. They kept me informed on the status of work, and were on time with fixes. No complaints! Really appreciate being able to trust a repair shop! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Decided to take my 2014 Jaguar F Type here versus the dealership and couldn't be happier I did. The owner personally went over everything with me and gave me options regarding getting the part I needed. The mechanics are top notch and work methodically to diagnose problems and then perform the repairs. They kept me informed throughout the process. When the car took a bit longer to get done they did a complementary detail for me for when I picked it up. Glad I have an option for professional, honest and reasonable service/repair for my European car versus the dealership. Service: General repairs & maintenance
