I have a Lotus and was looking for a local shop for basic maintenance, as the car requires a lift for most things and the closest dealer is in Denver. European Motor Cars told me that while they don’t usually work on Lotus cars, they’d be willing to take it on for me. The entire process was great, and what I really appreciated was that when they ran into questions, they took the time to call multiple Lotus dealers to ensure that everything was being done correctly. It’s clear from speaking with Steve and the technician that worked on my car that everybody there has a ton of experience, but the fact that they were willing to take the time to stop and figure out the details and ensure that everything was done correctly was really reassuring. On top of that, they were super friendly and had great communication during scheduling, parts order, and during the repair. I have to imagine this was somewhat of an annoying oil change, but I never felt that way when speaking with their team. I can be a bit particular about my vehicles, and there’s not a ton of resources on maintenance procedures for my car, so I really appreciated the patience and professionalism from European Motor Cars. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance!

Brought my 1973 Mercedes 450sl in to European Motor Cars and everything went great. My car broke down on college while driving and I had no idea what was wrong with it. I heard good things about them when it comes to working on these kinds of cars so I called them up and they said I could have it brought over at my earliest convenience and they would try to get in there to diagnose it as soon as possible. I knew it could be a few weeks even once diagnosed since the parts for these cars aren’t just readily available but they diagnosed it and figured out my ignition control module was the likely culprit. They called around and there wasn’t one available so they had it overnighted to Florida to be rebuilt and had it back within a week and in the car. I didn’t even realize it was running poorly prior to it breaking down since it was a gift from my dad and I drove it out to Colorado from California without any issues but dang, the mechanic had the part replaced and tuned and now the car is running better than ever. Overall a great experience with knowledgeable techs, plus Steve and Josie were great with communication keeping me updated throughout the process. If you have an older Mercedes and want things done right, now you know who you need to call. Oh and they have a 24 month warranty on the work they do on your vehicle with is the cherry on top. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff and quick service! I really appreciated that they didn't try to pressure me into any extra services, and were happy to explain everything that was done to my car, and what might need to be done in the future (and why). I will definitely be back!

Great communication, clear information, and I didn't get even the tiniest impression that I was being taken advantage of in any way whatsoever. I just bought a Mini Cooper off of someone on FB Marketplace and it needed some repairs. Plenty of mechanics would have taken this golden opportunity to make some extra cash-and they probably would have succeeded because I know NOTHING about this style of car, but not these guys. Their reputation is what it is for a reason. Everything my car needed was explained to me clearly and made absolute sense. Repairs are done and she's running like a champ. Just drove it in & out of the mountains all weekend and to Denver and back twice from FoCo and everything appears to be in tip top shape!

Excellent communication with me regarding my appointment and then letting me know what my car needs. Josie thoroughly explained everything to me and helped me figure out the best course of action for future repairs. Josie also greeted me by name. If you have a European car you know they are expensive to work on. I took my car to European Motor Cars and while they aren’t cheap, Steve and Josie showed amazing customer service. Any question I had they responded and tried to be as transparent and fair as possible. If you have any issues or concerns speak to Steve. He is more than knowledgeable and fair.

Thank you for helping me with my Rover! Ed Carroll sold it to me used and claimed they had serviced it but as soon as I turned the AC after the first winter, I could smell a horrible smell! I knew it was an old cabin filter. It was so irritating. I spoke to Ed Carroll's shop and they explained they had not serviced it or check everything but only changed the oil. SMH. He went on to say they couldn't help me but to call European Motors. I called and you guys changed it the next day! Thank you!!! I plan to bring all my cars to you.
