Had driven to Fort Collins from Nebraska and on the way my check engine light came on and I needed to have it checked before driving 500 miles back home. I had checked out other auto shops and was told they would not be able to fit me in to check why the engine light was on. I was told to check out European Auto Specialist and I am very glad I did. Steve Cox was willing to work me into a already busy schedule and to check out why the light was on. In a short time they had me back on the road in a short time. Next time I am in Fort Collins should I ever have any challenges there is only one place I will go to have any work done. Thank you Steve Cox for the excellent service, especially taking such good care of someone traveling from another city.

2013 VW Passat TDI SE Scheduled an appointment for next day service, front desk staff was friendly, informative, and forthcoming with any information I asked about pricing. Next day- my hour appointment for a front splashguard repair was only about 35 minutes long, they reduced the price from $170 to $135 due to the speed of the repair. They also checked on another concern for me with no extra cost since it didn't end up being an issue Couldn't think of better service than this! Shout out Ashton at the front. Young kid, but he was courteous, cordial, and professional. Parents raised him right.

Steve and John were very friendly to me and the EMC staff quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue I was having with my Audi. I live more than 30 miles away from EMC but will continue to bring my Audi to them when needed. I definitely recommend European Motor Cars to anyone who wants their European car fixed correctly and quickly.
