My experience with bringing my BMW M5 to European Motor Cars for an alignment was amazing. Josie did an amazing job from getting me into the schedule, coordinating the service and explaining the results of the alignment and possible issues that may need to be addressed in the future. I'm not usually one to trust many people with working on my M5 but I would not hesitate to bring my car back for future work that I cannot perform on my own. Having a Range Rover can be fun, until you need an oil change or any sort of work done. Previously, I would have to drive to Flatirons and find a car to drive while my car was serviced. Not anymore! John and his team are extremely skilled in luxury vehicles and the customer service I received was unparalleled (even by the RR dealership). I received a quote via email and text and the owner even called me to discuss what he recommended I do urgently vs the things that weren’t so urgent. I have a Lotus and was looking for a local shop for basic maintenance, as the car requires a lift for most things and the closest dealer is in Denver. European Motor Cars told me that while they don’t usually work on Lotus cars, they’d be willing to take it on for me. The entire process was great, and what I really appreciated was that when they ran into questions, they took the time to call multiple Lotus dealers to ensure that everything was being done correctly. It’s clear from speaking with Steve and the technician that worked on my car that everybody there has a ton of experience, but the fact that they were willing to take the time to stop and figure out the details and ensure that everything was done correctly was really reassuring. On top of that, they were super friendly and had great communication during scheduling, parts order, and during the repair. I have to imagine this was somewhat of an annoying oil change, but I never felt that way when speaking with their team. I can be a bit particular about my vehicles, and there’s not a ton of resources on maintenance procedures for my car, so I really appreciated the patience and professionalism from European Motor Cars. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance!
