I love this place! They have serviced my Mini Cooper S a couple of times now. Yesterday I went in as I was having trouble with my tire sensors. Steve and David were very kind. They were able to take a quick peek and help me with resetting the sensors. They showed me how to correctly reset the sensors and sent me on my way. I highly recommend European Motor Cars. I am so happy to have such a great service center in Fort Collins.

John is a pleasure to work with! I have an older BMW that is in nice shape because I have always taken care of it and had a truck, as well. John has always been so competent and pleasant to communicate with for almost 2 years now. John is an honest hard working man! He has saved me a significant amount of money in the year and a half I have worked with him. He also ended my aggravation with Loveland BMW. My car runs so efficiently and I do not see John as often as his work lasts! And I never have a problem with his work or service. This was not at all the case @ Loveland BMW! I never try and bad mouth anyone, but Loveland BMW would make me come back repeatedly for the same problem... repeatedly! Over n over n over! I was a precision based restorative dentist! Errors are never allowed in my field! I can't stand sloppiness! John is smart, less expensive, and way more competent, fastidious, and judicious than most. Totally! By far! I never take my vehicle back to his shop for the same problem after he gives it to me! He takes the time to make certain his work and service is done correctly! At a very reasonable price! Always!

Worst customer service ever. The receptionist Maddison i believe, plays the gatekeeper for the owner who quotes outlandish amounts for service. My friends and I who have had similar experiences with the gatekeeper have had a good laugh at her attempts to actually know what she is talking about. The owner has basically said that he wants out and is charging more than a lawyer for his services! I got a quote for over $350 an hour. I would take your business elsewhere.
