Hello Stephanie, based on your 3 star rating of our company, I went to our service writer to find out if there were any issues with your time with us. As it turns out, we do NOT have you in our customer base. I am now concerned with what would have prompted you to leave a three star review with no comment. If we did not meet your expectations, it would be helpful to us to be able to know what our shortfall was and how to improve. If this review has no basis or merit, then we are disappointed with you that you would purposefully go around and leave lower stars for no reason. This action is harmful to small businesses. Yes, people read reviews, and if you read the reviews we have been getting over the past couple of years, you will see that we are doing pretty awesome for our customers and they in turn are writing about their positive experiences with us. If we did not meet your expectations, we want to know know it. We can't improve if we don't know what we are doing wrong. We wish you the best in 2020.

Whenever I take my car in for maintenance or repair, I am cordially treated and feel welcome. I have never had a complaint about the service, prices are reasonable, and work is carried out in a professional manner and delivered on time, as promised. The waiting room is clean and comfortable, the coffee is good. I recommend this place.

I love my Range Rover! It's very high maintenance though, after trying a few other places, my husband Jonathan found European Motor Cars. I never have to worry that I will get ripped off, they are honest and do incredible work to keep it going. I won't take it or our Mercedes anywhere else.

After a not so lucky oil change at a quick lube, I turned to the experts at European Motor Cars Inc. to resolve the unfortunate issue. My 2016 Audi S5 was taken care of quickly, and the mechanics there were extremely professional. Your Audi is in good hands at EMC Inc.

Fixed my Jaguar’s tricky electrical problems quickly and at a very reasonable price. I wish they were a little better at returning calls/voicemails, but their excellent service more than makes up for any shortcomings.

Progress not perfection.... Thank you for your 5 star review! When it comes to tricky challenges, we are the best.. Sometimes there is a disconnect when we have nothing to report. It is easy for us to forget that your car is part of your family and very important to your daily routine. Glad we fixed your tricky electrical problem....
