I hope I remembered their names correctly; Josie and Steve helped me here around Thanksgiving. I was overwhelmed with the holidays and moving states. After dropping my car off (earlier - they made time for me) and speaking with the both of them, my mind was put to ease. Super great experience. For one, they were reasonable for a foreign car. Secondly I highly appreciate them going above and beyond to accommodate me and get my car in and out on short notice. Thank you! Would recommend this shop for anyone challenged with their foreign vehicles. My only regret is that I did not discover this shop sooner.

I never really post about anything, however, European Motor Cars really deserves a shout out. They really care and do a great job. Whether or not they are the least expensive in town i really don't know but if you want your car fixed properly and with a guarantee that the job was done right then this is the place. Josie and Steve who are the service managers are top notch and honest. I highly recommend this shop !!!!

Living in Cheyenne, WY with two Range Rovers is a challenge. Most companies in Cheyenne will not work on them. One of my Rovers is a 2006 Supercharged and I had some work done by a shop here in town and another shop in Colorado, neither one of them could fix a few issues or either would not. I bought this car for my son and have had it for two years, in that time, he has probably had possession of it for maybe 6 or 8 months because of shops keeping it and not working on it. I was super frustrated because I have spent so much money and spent so much time on this car, I had about given up on it. I did some research and found European Motors and thought I would give them a chance to help us. Right from the start, Josie has been a gem! She has figured out every aspect of repairs, working with Kendrick in the shop. Amazing communication and service. She has worked diligently to help us get our car on the road and ALL issues are resolved or either we have a solution for the future. The professionalism and courteousness of this business and its staff, coupled with the dedication to customer satisfaction, is second to none! I will not take my European cars anywhere else! Thank you Josie and the rest of the crew at European Motor Cars for getting our 2006 Supercharged Rover back on the road and for being so awesome!

We've had a Mini Cooper in the family for 5.5 years (21 year old son has been driving it since age 15). This past year we've paid Mini Cooper in Loveland 6k for a variety of costly repairs. Last week when an oil pressure/engine alert showed up, we went to European Motor Cars instead. We live in Fort Collins, so this was much more convenient. Additionally, the service manager, Steve, took excellent care of the car (and us!) by keeping us updated on the Mini's status. We greatly appreciate European Motor Cars professionalism, fairness in pricing and integrity. It can be hard to know if/when you're being taken advantage of when it comes to vehicle repairs. We were treated kindly and fairly. I highly recommend European Motor Cars. 5 stars! Much thanks to Steve and your team!

Communication was awesome — service was top notch. John was unbelievably helpful and the mechanic very attentive. I highly recommend EMC.

Spectacular experience working with the team, especially Steve C. Comprehensively professional, insightful, meticulous, and collegial. They worked extra hard to help me evaluate a potential purchase, with a detailed pre-purchase inspection, at an incredibly reasonable rate. They have my business for any car for as long as they're around.
