Over inflated repair costs. They quoted me a price for work that did not need to be done. I found this out after getting another diagnostic at a different shop. My six thousand dollar bill reduced to less than one thousand for the repairs that needed to be done. Be mindful of the estimates that this shop obtains. I gave one star review.

We’d like to clarify a few important points for anyone reading: 1. You paid for a full diagnostic — nothing more. Our technicians performed a complete inspection so you would fully understand the condition of your vehicle. That report is detailed by design, because European vehicles are precision machines and require precision care. 2. You were unhappy with what the diagnostic revealed — not with any work we performed. No repairs were done. Nothing was “over-inflated.” You simply did not like what the inspection uncovered about the true condition of your vehicle. 3. European cars are expensive to repair. That isn’t unique to us — it’s true everywhere. We only recommend what is necessary for safety, longevity, and proper performance. We don’t “pad” estimates or guess. We diagnose and document. 4. Comparing two shops’ estimates without comparing the scope is misleading. It’s very common for shops to quote different levels of repair — especially when one shop is quoting factory-correct repairs and another is quoting patch-work or partial fixes. We stand behind the integrity of our inspections and the quality of the work we recommend. 5. Leaving a 1-star review after no work was done is harmful and unfair. Small businesses feel these reviews tremendously. It’s discouraging to see a rating this harsh when our only interaction was providing you with the detailed information you paid for. This shop is absolutely phenomenal. I called on Friday to make an appointment, they got me in on Monday and had my car back to me on Tuesday. The work was completed in a timely manner at a decent price (let's be honest, Euro cars aren't cheap.) 2015 Audi Q5 premium plus.

Have had half a dozen so called mechanics in the area do their best to destroy my little BMW baby. Listen seriously! I've worked coast to coast and used dealers all over. Bad mistake. Here these guys come along and on less cost than anyone, she's flying again. No one but them is touching this car. To you Beemer owners, you know what I'm saying. These are the guys for real.

Disappointed with my experience. I spent over $1,700 and my vehicle was in the shop for nearly a month. I specifically asked for my old gear shift knob to be returned, but it was thrown away. It may seem like a small request, but it shows a lack of attention and respect for the customer. After such a long wait, I expected at least that level of follow-through.

Ben, we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed, and we do understand how frustrating vehicle downtime can be. Unfortunately, in this case, the majority of the delay was out of our hands. Your Land Rover required a part and specialized programming that were both delayed and controlled by Land Rover, not by us. We contacted several programmers and followed up repeatedly to try to move things along, but there’s only so much any independent shop can do when manufacturer parts or systems are backlogged. As for the shift knob, it had been set aside by our service advisor, but was later mistaken by the technician as a discarded part. That was an honest mistake, and we’re truly sorry it happened. We do our very best to get vehicles back on the road quickly, but sometimes outside circumstances—parts availability, programming access, or machine shop delays—are beyond anyone’s control.
