Living in Cheyenne, WY with two Range Rovers is a challenge. Most companies in Cheyenne will not work on them. One of my Rovers is a 2006 Supercharged and I had some work done by a shop here in town and another shop in Colorado, neither one of them could fix a few issues or either would not. I bought this car for my son and have had it for two years, in that time, he has probably had possession of it for maybe 6 or 8 months because of shops keeping it and not working on it. I was super frustrated because I have spent so much money and spent so much time on this car, I had about given up on it. I did some research and found European Motors and thought I would give them a chance to help us. Right from the start, Josie has been a gem! She has figured out every aspect of repairs, working with Kendrick in the shop. Amazing communication and service. She has worked diligently to help us get our car on the road and ALL issues are resolved or either we have a solution for the future. The professionalism and courteousness of this business and its staff, coupled with the dedication to customer satisfaction, is second to none! I will not take my European cars anywhere else! Thank you Josie and the rest of the crew at European Motor Cars for getting our 2006 Supercharged Rover back on the road and for being so awesome!

We've had a Mini Cooper in the family for 5.5 years (21 year old son has been driving it since age 15). This past year we've paid Mini Cooper in Loveland 6k for a variety of costly repairs. Last week when an oil pressure/engine alert showed up, we went to European Motor Cars instead. We live in Fort Collins, so this was much more convenient. Additionally, the service manager, Steve, took excellent care of the car (and us!) by keeping us updated on the Mini's status. We greatly appreciate European Motor Cars professionalism, fairness in pricing and integrity. It can be hard to know if/when you're being taken advantage of when it comes to vehicle repairs. They worked extra hard to help me evaluate a potential purchase, with a detailed pre-purchase inspection, at an incredibly reasonable rate. They have my business for any car for as long as they're around.

Every time I've taken my wee Smart ForTwo in for service/fixing, these folks are efficient and do her ("Batgirl") up right....(!) Nice to find a shop that understands her and doesn't get confused by her internal operating systems. *Snerk*

I’ve had both my 981S Porsche and 228 BMW serviced by Steve and the group at European Motor Cars. Scheduling is always easy and communication is prompt. Rates are fair and service is done on schedule. I plan to continue using them in the foreseeable future and will likely have them service some of my older vehicles if the need arises.

I had a BMW X1 worked on there. And Steve was a fantastic person to work with and his lead technician. I really appreciate the work they did and being patient with some of the issues I had going over everything efficiently with pictures and just giving me a piece of Mind knowing that the car was taken care of. The results of the work were on point. He did do a little bit of extra work for me free of charge with the insurance company. They would not take care of any of the issues but he did contact them on my behalf. And I can appreciate somebody that deals with those people regularly. I will go back in the future. I hope I don't have to. But I'd be happy to. Josie also was great person to talk to her and Steve made me feel like a part of the family. The proud owner of a BMW family. Thanks again guys.
