Legitimately the service department was top notch with communication and transparency. I ran car dealerships for almost a decade. Sales, parts, service, all of it and I felt our company did a great job all those years and then I experienced working with these guys. It helped me realized what we didn't do. I would recommend this place to literally anyone who owns European vehicles.

If you have a Mercedes out of warranty or need basic maintenance, these guys are the ones to use! I needed a 50k mile service and they got everything fixed, kept me informed, and returned my vehicle within a day cleaned and running great again. Oh, and for more than 1/2 off what Mercedes would charge for the same service.

I have found these guys to be very trustworthy and they don’t seem to over charge for the parts. I will take my 2 BMW’s to them from now on.

European Motors did an excellent job on our BMW 535ix, replacing the right front axle assembly. Better yet, they promptly got me scheduled, answered my questions, turned this around in half a day and are extremely competitive on price. They have a great deal of experience with anything German and I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been bringing my 08 MCS to these guys for as long as I’ve lived in foco. the shop manager Steve is a great guy, and he always gets me penciled in fast and keeps me well updated. Mikey and the guys do great work in the back too, and I have some serious appreciation for their results, whether the job is OEM or requires some aftermarket experience. SOLID experience overall. Heavily recommend.
