I grew up in Fort Collins and have been very loyal to a long time mechanic that I adored. I had upgraded my vehicle to a Range Rover and needed some assistance with mechanical help after a couple years. My husband insisted I take it to a specialist and found John at European Motor Cars. I must say I was not easy on him at first...with that being said he was so patient dealing with my weariness and within due time found he was one of the nicest, fairest, honest, and most of all, definitely most intelligent person I am yet to meet in this business. Thank you so much John and the staff here!!! I will tell everyone and anyone I know to use them for their foreign vehicle mechanic work!!!

WORTH Driving to!!! Honest and Accurate Service. These guys are experts and know how to diagnose correctly. I actually figured out how to drop/pick my car off/up,have breakfast at a local grill and take the Bustang Bus back to/from Denver. I also bought the car from them! I won’t hesitate to bring my car back to European Motor Cars. Seriously, thank you!

Very helpful and honest. Owning a vw can be expensive especially when they have there moments! The mechanics are fast at finding the problems and they know what there doing. They got my vw back up and running at an amazing price. Thank you so much

Bought my Audi here and have been bringing it here for service since. John always explains problem, they never fix stuff that doesn't need fixin, always pleasantly surprised by quote, and gets done when they say it gonna be done. "Honest Shop" -- Honest, efficient service! This is a shop you can trust!

I'd like to amend my precise review of this shop . Both as a mecahic and as a human who makes mistakes I can say that I was very wrong about European and everyone who works there . After a couple of miscommunications about the symptoms of my car, I was very confused and upset . However , later in the week John (the owner) had me come back to re-check the vehicle and I must say he did very respectfully and honestly. He's a good business owner and genuinely cares about his customers . He personally spent the time required to diagnose my issue and get it fixed quickly . That meant a lot to me . In that time, simply talking to the technicians like Lou, and Mike, and meeting the office personnel I can tell they really are a family , and their reputation means a lot . They are a good , honest shop and they truly took me from a negative experience to absolutely nothing but positive . Thank you , European . You guys nailed it .

It was difficult to find a place that knew how to work on my Smart ForTwo (the tiny little 2 seater cars). I purchased it because it had great gas mileage and was the highest quality car in my price range. Then I took it to Grease Monkey on North College for an oil change and their techs couldn't even figure out how to open my hood. I had to show them. So needless to say I left without getting anything done. I thought, what have I gotten myself into buying such a wierd car?! After some googling I found European and was very pleased with my experience. They drove me to work and picked me up so I didn't even have to wait around while the oil change was being done and for a synthetic oil change it was very affordable. I have been there twice since then for regular maintance and a broken windshield wiper blade and continue to be pleased with the service.

I highly recommend this company! John and Mike always do a great job on our Audi! John is always courteous, professional, and totally honest!!! We'll never go anywhere else. Thanks guys!
